American National University is licensed by the Kentucky Commission on Proprietary Education.  The university provides an assurance that our degrees meet tested standards of quality recognized by employers, government agencies, and other post-secondary institutions.

The Louisville Campus is accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES). ABHES is recognized by the United States Secretary of Education for the accreditation of private, postsecondary institutions in the United States offering predominantly allied health education programs.
